Interface Administrator

As we move towards a common platform across our network of broker partners, this role will operate as a shared services function supporting our network of broker partners.  This role is ideal for someone who loves ensuring data accuracy and who’s superpower is working behind the scenes to make sure that data and files are accurate  

As the company moves to a common broker management system (EPIC) this will be a key role to support the interface platform and ensure system data accuracy and integrity. This role will report into head office, as part of a shared services offering, serving as the interface administrator for our network of broker partners.    

This opportunity is open to work at any of our brokerage locations or head office. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Download Administration

• Responsible for the daily download administration


• Schedule the download pull, releasing invoicing and clearing suspense items.

Data Correction & Reports

• Notify broker staff when a client file needs clean up or correct to allow the download to be released. 


• Manually relabel & assign EDOCS or other download file types that cannot be configured for automated labelling.


• Conduct ad hoc report review and clean up.

System Administration/Optimization

• Perform general system clean up to ensure accuracy and integrity of our system data.


• Ivans Exchange; understand, configure and manage the CSIO mailboxes.


• Participate in the continued optimization of the interface platform. 


• Liaise with the system vendor and insurance carrier partners to ensure all updates and changes are implemented in the system. 

Scan & Distribute Information

• Scan and send courier documents and emails to a central location to be labelled and assigned in EPIC.        

 Qualifications

• Must have experience with Applied EPIC.


• Previous experience in a similar role within a brokerage.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
