WHY DOES THIS POSITION EXIST IN CCO?
As the Missionary Support Raising Manager, you provide leadership, direction, and oversight to CCO’s MPD culture, systems, and people. You serve missionaries by ensuring support raising is not an obstacle to mission, but a means of participation in it: strengthening call, clarity, and confidence across the organization.
This is a role for someone who loves the mission, thinks strategically, leads others well, and understands that excellent systems and strong people leadership directly multiply missionary impact.
