  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of bridge design and constructability, with proficiency in current design codes, including the CHBDC (CSA S6-19), ensuring high-quality engineering solutions;

  • Skilled in Inspection: Bridge inspection experience with a strong understanding of material conditions and defects using a variety of inspection methodologies;

  • Design Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in designing both concrete and steel bridges for short and medium spans, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with relevant standards;

  • Collaborative Communicator: Strong communication skills for effectively conveying technical information, drafting detailed reports and proposals, and working seamlessly with drafting personnel and multidisciplinary teams;

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery; and

  • Experienced Relationship Builder: Strong capability to engage with clients, represent the company effectively, and contribute to business development efforts through proposal preparation and client interactions.

What Will Make you Stand Out:
