Here’s how you will contribute to the success of the company:

As an Intermediate UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products and platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, other designers and stakeholders, to create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces. We are looking for a candidate passionate about user-centered design and who wants to conduct user research. Our ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and problem-solving abilities.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role:

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts and engineering teams to understand project goals and user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design for systems with a focus on reusability, scalability and simplicity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet the desired user experience.
• Become a driving force for user experience and design as a core competency pillar within the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools and emerging technologies.

Here’s what you need to have and master to get the job:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience creating, contributing to and managing design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Ecommerce Experiences, Products within the IT Channel or Cloud Technology are a plus.
