About the Opportunity
A Vancouver commercial real estate practice is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support complex commercial real estate transactions for a sophisticated client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial real estate purchase, sale, and financing transactions

• Prepare closing documents, title searches, and due diligence materials

• Coordinate with lenders, other counsel, and government land title offices

• Manage multiple concurrent transaction files and deadlines

• Assist lawyers with leasing and development matters as needed

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience

• Significant commercial real estate paralegal experience (intermediate to senior level)

• Strong knowledge of BC land title and registration procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and file-management skills

• Ability to work independently on high-value transactions
