A person who provides support, supervision, discipline, accompaniment, and facilitation for the users entrusted to them. They welcome users from all intervention services and intervene during times of crisis, disorganization, or when special assistance is needed. They may provide support to interveners by being present in various services when the situation requires it. They address certain needs of users based on the rehabilitation goals being pursued. They may provide users with basic care, including hygiene and nutritional care.
They intervene physically when the situation demands it and conduct searches on users or physical locations when requested. They observe the behavior of the user and report their observations through significant reports to continue their treatment.
