Job Description - Inventory Clerk

Bobcat of the Peace, a division of Rentco Equipment Ltd., is a fast-paced local company with over 60 years of dedicated service to Grande Prairie and the Peace Country. As a leading dealership, we specialize in Bobcat, Develon Heavy Equipment, Bobcat forklifts, Precision Trailers, and Grasshopper products. Our robust sales and service teams, coupled with a comprehensive parts inventory, ensure exceptional support for our valued customers

We are currently looking for a full-time Inventory Clerk to join our team.

As the Inventory Clerk, you are responsible for:

Pulling parts orders for customers and mechanics
Ordering, receiving, and putting away stock orders
Arranging for, receiving, pulling, invoicing, and shipping equipment transfers between stores
Completing monthly inventory cycle counts and assisting with serialized inventory
Spot checking inventory and re-binning as necessary
Assisting Parts with billing parts to Work Orders and reservations
Providing backup to the Parts department as required, including working on a Saturday rotation
Assisting with completing POs
Answering a multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments and individuals
Cleaning and organizing shelves and bins and ensuring customer shelf selection areas stocked, clean and orderly
Completing end of day cash out according to procedure

You have the following skills and education:

Previous Inventory experience
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and Windows
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate a forklift to put stock orders away
