We are looking for the right individual that is strong in building relationships and provide solutions to our customers & become a trusted advisor & technology consultant, whether an organization needs a single tablet or an entire complex solution for their operation.
The Inventory Solutions Coordinator is responsible for supporting the inventory requirements of the OCR Canada Business Solutions portfolio. These responsibilities include coordination and programming/staging of mobile devices and the sales support and ongoing management of the OCR Canada Recycle and Wipe programs in addition to supporting the logistical aspects of the OCR Canada Exec-Care Break/Fix program and other forward and reverse logistics processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, catalog and secure all customer devices returned to OCR Canada through any reverse logistics
process including Recycle, Wipe, and or Exec-Care programs
Manage and execute device repairs/returns with our OCR Canada 3rd party vendors for all aspects of reverse
logistics including the Recycle, Wipe, and or Exec-Care programs
Assist with the development of process maps, and training documentation for all custom staging solutions as
required
Develop clear and constant communication throughout the business, to ensure an outstanding customer
experience.
Receive, and action all OCR Canada Wipe devices ensuring complete device security through the process
Manage and communicate resource requirements to ensure that timelines are met with all projects
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current mobile devices
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions partners
Prepare identification labels as required to support shipping and receiving
Prepare monthly customer reports as required
Complete other tasks as required

What we offer.
Salary of $40,000-45,000 (depending on experience) with a 5% bonus.
