Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Investment Marketing Specialist will support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives related to Centurion Asset Management Inc. and its group of funds.

This role is responsible for developing marketing materials, supporting sales enablement efforts, and assisting with investor communications. The ideal candidate will bring experience within the investment or asset management industry and be comfortable working with investment performance data and capital markets concepts, while operating within a marketing-focused function.

Responsibilities

Relationship Development

The Investment Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Asset Management, Finance, and Compliance to ensure investment marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate messaging. This role will gather and organize portfolio, performance, and market information required to support investor-facing communications. In doing so, the incumbent will help ensure materials reflect Centurion’s Vision, Mission, and Values while supporting a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ongoing Operations

The Investment Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day execution and coordination of investment marketing initiatives. This includes developing and updating marketing materials such as pitch decks, deal sheets, fund summaries, presentations, and thought leadership content. The role will assist in preparing fund review materials that incorporate performance data and relevant market insights for investor communications.

The incumbent will also support internal product update sessions by preparing presentation materials and coordinating information for sales and client-facing teams. Assistance will be provided in the preparation and updating of due diligence questionnaires, dealership and institutional questionnaires, and marketing-related components of requests for proposals. Additionally, the role will help maintain organized marketing collateral within Centurion’s data room and support updates to retail and institutional marketing databases.

Marketing & Communications

The Investment Marketing Specialist will translate investment performance, portfolio updates, and market insights into clear, compelling, and compliant marketing messaging. This role will support capital raise initiatives, fund updates, roadshows, conferences, webinars, and advisor meetings through the preparation of effective marketing materials.

The incumbent will also contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including website updates, digital campaigns, educational materials, and thought leadership content. Ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all investment-related communications will be a key responsibility, along with supporting ongoing improvements to materials based on feedback and engagement insights.

Compliance

Adhere to compliance procedures and regulatory requirements at all times, ensuring that materials are reviewed and approved by the Chief Compliance Officer prior to distribution to external parties.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing within asset management, real estate, private equity, financial services, or a related investment environment;


• Strong understanding of investment terminology, capital markets concepts, and performance reporting;


• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information;


• Experience collaborating with sales, finance, portfolio management, and compliance teams;


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously;


• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing/CRM tools (Adobe experience considered an asset);


• CFA designation or progress toward CFA is considered an asset.
