Invoice and Routing Clerk - Afternoon Shift

Gillfor Distribution is seeking a full-time Invoice and Routing Clerk. The Gillfor Invoice and Routing Clerk is responsible for preparing bills and invoices according to established procedures. This individual will also assist the Shipping department as needed with the daily preparation of routing for shipments. This individual will work at our London branch location on the afternoon shift.  

Performance Requirements: 

• Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as invoices and BOL’s
• Routing preparation for truck shipments.
• Perform related clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems, emailing and photocopying.
• All other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications: 

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Invoicing Clerk experience 1 to 3 years.
• Detail oriented.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Self motivated - working with limited supervision.

Working Conditions: 

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
