IT Administrative Assistant [#4642]

Job Description Alteo is looking for a Junior IT Administrative Assistant for a permanent position based in Dorval.

*** Hybrid work: 2 days in the office / 3 days telecommuting ***

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the incumbent will support the IT team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the necessary cost control tools for clear reporting;
• Prepare and update periodic cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to keep the IT Director informed;
• Track all inventories and document their location;
• Work closely with subsidiary teams to monitor costs;
• Carry out ordering, tracking and receiving, ensuring that the correct entity is invoiced;
• Track and allocate software costs to other entities;
• Prepare and maintain IT expenses;
• Track consumables (stationery, ink cartridges, etc...).

• Vocational diploma (DEP) in accounting;
• 1-4years experience in a similar position;
• Experience in IT and/or construction (asset);
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and perform under pressure;
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize and interpret information.
• Fluency in French
