Supporting hardware and software infrastructure across both on-premise and Microsoft Azure environments, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Supporting internal and external sales efforts as required.
We are seeking candidates that will bring the following skills and experience:

Experience troubleshooting and supporting on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure.
Knowledge of SMB IT network infrastructure, domain administration, security requirements, and end-user equipment.
Experience using remote monitoring and alerting systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, take ownership, and execute solutions in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (without restrictions) and reliable transportation required.
Comfortable and eager to be primarily client-facing and on-site across HRM and surrounding areas, with office time at our Dartmouth location as business needs require.
