In the context of the ongoing transformation of our delivery and architecture practices, we are looking to strengthen our leadership by welcoming an IT Delivery Optimization Advisor who will play a key role in evolving our ways of working, notably through the practical use and integration of artificial intelligence into our IT practices.

This individual will work closely with the Business Practice Lead and the Business Quality Assurance Lead to ensure strong alignment between business needs, delivery quality, and architectural direction.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an IT Delivery Optimization Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

Acting as a trusted advisor across the following areas:

• IT solutions delivery
• Architecture (solutions, integration, best practices)
• Documentation (quality, consistency, sustainability)
• Define, evolve, and promote clear, practical standards, frameworks, and practice guides
• Support delivery and architecture teams in adopting best practices and ensure their continuous improvement
• Identify concrete use cases for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve:Delivery efficiency Architecture quality Documentation creation, maintenance, and reuse
• Work closely with the Business Practice Lead to ensure strong alignment between IT practices and business needs
• Collaborate with the Business Quality Assurance Lead to:Strengthen end-to-end delivery quality Integrate quality practices from the design phase
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cross-functional processes (delivery, quality, architecture)
• Structure and enhance documentation practices (architecture, decisions, solutions, processes) by ensuring that documentation is:Useful and actively used Up to date and maintainable Supportive of long-term solution sustainability
• Leverage AI to reduce documentation effort while increasing its quality

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solution delivery
• Is recognized for their expertise in artificial intelligence, with strong experience using tools such as Copilot and Power Automate
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Demonstrates strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Stands out for their creativity and initiative
• Has a fluent level of French (spoken and written ) , as the role involves daily collaboration with French-speaking partners
