Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Collaborate with executive management to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
Provide guidance and expertise on emerging technologies and industry trends.
ERP Management:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP ERP systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system meets the needs of various departments.
Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance the functionality of SAP modules to improve business performance.
IT Operations Management:
Direct the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster professional growth and development.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to support business objectives.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing to ensure value for the organization.
Evaluate and select vendors for new technology solutions and services.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience implementing and managing SAP ERP systems, with a strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
