Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    • Collaborate with executive management to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
    • Provide guidance and expertise on emerging technologies and industry trends.


  2. ERP Management:
    • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP ERP systems.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system meets the needs of various departments.
    • Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance the functionality of SAP modules to improve business performance.


  3. IT Operations Management:
    • Direct the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.
    • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
    • Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.


  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster professional growth and development.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
    • Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to support business objectives.


  5. Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing to ensure value for the organization.
    • Evaluate and select vendors for new technology solutions and services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing SAP ERP systems, with a strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
