Location: 25 Central Ave W. Brockville, ON & George Tackaberry Family Home, Athens, ON
Position Summary:
The IT Support Analyst is a responsive and supportive role to local and remote users. Providing the first point of contact, the Analyst will triage, troubleshoot, provide training, and assist with purchasing requirements of most information technology equipment including: desktop/laptop/VDI equipment, applications, telephony, ad mobile devices.

SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activity 1: Client Support (approximately 50%)
Activity 2: Client Training (approximately 10%)
Activity 3: User Account Maintenance (approximately 15%)
Activity 4: IT Special Projects (approximately 15%)
Activity 5: Equipment/Product Purchasing Guidance (approximately 10%)
Other related duties, as requested and required.
