Jewelry Casting Technician

Our dynamic team is growing and we are searching for the right individual to join our Spence Studio Team in Vancouver, BC, as a Jewelry Casting Technician. The focus of this role will be lost wax casting. This is a long term, rewarding career opportunity. Qualifications:

• Experience with lost wax casting is an asset but not necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Desire for continuous personal and professional development
• Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient with time
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to multitask and set priorities
• Team oriented

Responsibilities:

• Cast 14k, 18k, 19k, and platinum using lost wax casting method
• Clean investment from cast-out jewelry
• Manage raw metal inventory levels
• Inspect job orders before and after processing to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety issues to the Studio Manager
• Other duties as instructed by the Studio Manager

Compensation

• $22.50 per hour
