What We Offer

A Real Livable Wage – Our Technicians earn $48,000 to $55,000/year on average. That’s enough to live well—no side hustle required.

4-Day Work Week – Work Monday to Thursday. That means three-day weekends every week, and no evenings or weekends.

What the Job Looks Like

We provide high-quality exterior cleaning services—like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, building washing, and pressure washing—to residential, strata, and commercial clients.

Over 90% of our work is done from the ground using advanced carbon fiber pole systems and soft-wash technology. No climbing ladders all day.

We aim for the kind of customer experience you’d expect at a Four Seasons hotel: polished, professional, and personal.
