Journeyperson Pipefitter / Boilermaker – Bundle Puller (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking one Journeyperson Pipefitter or Boilermaker (Bundle Puller) for an upcoming turnaround. This role will support night shift operations, focusing on exchanger maintenance, including bundle removal, inspection, and reinstallation in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bundle pulling and installation on heat exchangers


• Safely rig, lift, and position exchanger bundles using proper procedures


• Lead or support disassembly and reassembly of exchangers and associated components


• Conduct inspections for wear, fouling, and damage


• Coordinate with crane operators and turnaround crews to execute lifts safely and efficiently


• Adhere strictly to all safety policies, procedures, and site requirements


• Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to a strong safety culture


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Journeyperson Pipefitter or Boilermaker certification (required)


• Proven experience with exchanger bundle pulling in industrial settings (refinery, petrochemical, or similar)


• Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, H2S Alive, First Aid)


• Strong understanding of rigging practices and lifting procedures


• Ability to read and interpret drawings is considered an asset


• Must be able to work night shifts and extended hours as required during turnaround


• Physically capable of performing demanding work in various conditions
