NOTE:This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making proactive calls to establish and nurture fresh client relationships


• Assessing customers, verifying employment & credit standing


• Attentively understanding and pinpointing customer requirements, then providing personalized guidance on the optimal personal finance solution


• Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process


• Actively engaging with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction by cultivating solution-oriented connections


• Developing comprehensive knowledge about Spring Financial’s program offerings and educating clients on the best use of such programs.

What You Should Already Have:

• Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset


• Prior call center experience a plus, but not required


• Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates


• A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience.

What We Will Give You:

• Compensation: $40,000 Salary with projected total earnings of $45,000-75,000+ annually. (This is a typical average but, we do have top performers that are making more than $80,000+ annually)
