What you’ll do

• Pick and build accurate customer orders from pick lists; stage orders for drivers.


• Load trucks safely following weight and stacking guidelines; verify shipping paperwork.


• Keep freezer, cooler, and dry storage organized and rotated using FIFO.


• Monitor and report product temperatures and quality issues immediately.


• Maintain clean, safe aisles and follow HACCP, food-safety, and workplace safety protocols.


• Support drivers and customers professionally by phone, email, and in person.


• Track incoming and outgoing product; assist with cycle and monthly inventory counts.


• Operate pallet jacks (and forklifts if trained and certified).

Who we’re looking for

• English and Mandarin speakers preferred; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged.


• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


• Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer and cooler).


• Able to lift and move product (up to approximately 25 kg / 55 lbs).


• Forklift license preferred but not required; training provided for committed hires.


• Looking for a long-term role with opportunities to grow at FVSP.
