Role Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Account Manager to join our growing team! You’ll help manage client relationships, support day-to-day account operations, and explore new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Be the go-to person for clients: build strong relationships, answer questions, solve issues, and keep things running smoothly. Make sure they’re happy, supported, and up to date through regular calls and quick check-ins.
Help onboard new clients - gather info, set them up, and make the process feel seamless.
Keep an eye on account performance and step in early to resolve any issues before they grow.
Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to make sure everything stays on track.
Spot new business opportunities and assist with proposals, client research, and follow-ups.
Keep our CRM organized and updated with client details and activity.
Support marketing projects, reports, and fun initiatives that help our team grow and shine!
What You’ll Bring
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is great - but we’re open to strong new grads too!
1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or logistics is a plus (not a must).
A good understanding of logistics or delivery operations - or a strong curiosity to learn fast!
Great communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
