Job Purpose

• Conduct full-cycle Accounts Receivable.
  


• Process all Invoices matched to estimates sent to clients
  


• Preparation of “Pending Invoice’s” report for projects in progress not invoiced for management
  


• Complete Accounts Receivable related month-end reconciliations including the processing of journal entries.
  

• Input bills, and ensure all bills are approved and processed in a timely manner.
  


• Review and process all expense reports matched to credit card statements
  


• Accurately prepare, reconcile, monthly vendor statements
  


• Accurately prepare, reconcile, monthly credit card statements
  


• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all vendor files.
  


• Assists in preparation and reconciliation of month-end entries
  


• Ad hoc analysis and special projects, as required
  

• Ensure the effective application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  

• Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to resolve; escalate issues to Owner, as required.
  

• Ensure accuracy when processing transactions on a daily basis
