Junior Business Intelligence Developer

We’re growing!!  And looking for passionate, driven and energetic candidates to join our team for the position of Junior Business Intelligence Developer located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Compensation: Starting at $65,000 annually + bonus.

Job Description
As a Junior Business Intelligence Developer, you would help build, integrate and evolve software components that sit on top of Skyline’s data and analytics foundation, while maintaining focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.
What you will be doing:

• Developing and maintaining software applications, services, and user interfaces that surface business intelligence and insights.
• Building full‑stack or service‑oriented prototypes (POCs) that demonstrate new intelligence, automation, or AI‑enabled use cases.
• Integrating APIs, data services, and cloud platforms to support real‑time or near‑real‑time intelligence scenarios.
• Translating technical and analytical outputs into usable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Working with existing data outputs, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical results produced by the organization.
• Preparing data‑connected software components that support automation, intelligent assistants, and AI agents.

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar).
• A technical guru with knowledge of building applications, dashboards, or data‑driven tools.
• Love for data visualization, dashboards, or analytics outputs.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of post-secondary education or equivalent workplace experience.
