  • Assisting with and participating in field investigations, including test pits, site evaluations, and construction reviews, applying sound judgment and attention to detail

  • Translating field data and design concepts into accurate drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

  • Coordinating with engineers, fellow technologists, clients, and regulators to help move projects from concept through approval

  • Supporting project schedules and budgets through effective time management and organized work practices

  • Reviewing drawings, reports, and calculations to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards

  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting other project needs as required

What You’ll Bring

Education & Credentials

  • Eligibility for or current membership with OACETT

  • Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

  • Experience or strong interest in onsite sewage systems and rural wastewater servicing

  • Ability to integrate field observations and data into clear, accurate designs

  • Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code is considered an asset

You’re Likely a Great Fit If You:

  • Enjoy applying technical skills to real-world, field-driven projects

  • Are comfortable balancing office-based design work with field activities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders

  • Take pride in accuracy, quality, and delivering practical solutions

  • Manage your time effectively and take ownership of your deliverables

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
