Junior Media Buyer

Nuovo Artistic Photography is looking for an agile and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our team in Montreal. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is key to the development and implementation of our lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, ready to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Media Buying & Execution: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of our digital advertising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). This includes setting up campaigns, managing ad sets, and ensuring creative assets are deployed correctly and on schedule.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, focusing on key metrics to ensure objectives are met. You will make data-informed optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and maximize lead generation.
• Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present comprehensive performance reports to the team, highlighting key insights and providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns. You will be expected to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic conclusions.
• Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the digital advertising landscape, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure media plans are aligned with brand messaging and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field.
• Practical experience in a marketing or media buying role, or a proven track record of managing digital ad campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of its functionalities.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in French and English (bilingualism) is a significant asset.
