Junior Pricing Analyst

If so, then come and join our team at Bartle & Gibson as a Junior Pricing Analyst! This is a 12-month contract position ideal for an entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in product pricing updates and basic maintenance tasks


• Help review and verify pricing data for accuracy before it is published


• Support the creation and updating of internal SKUs in our ERP system


• Respond to pricing inquiries and escalate more complex issues to senior team members


• Maintain clear and organized documentation of pricing processes and procedures


• Assist with preparing recurring reports for management and supply chain teams


• Help update and maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools


• Participate in data entry, audits, and reconciliations for pricing and product information


• Work with team members to identify and correct pricing discrepancies


• Support special projects, such as pricing clean-ups, product category reviews, or seasonal updates


• Other duties as required

 SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (completed or in progress)


• Detail-oriented – enjoys working with numbers and double-checking accuracy


• Organized – able to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines


• Curious and eager to learn – open to new tools, systems, and methods


• Comfortably using Microsoft Excel for basic data manipulation (formulas, sorting, filtering)


• A good communicator who can work well with different departments


• Willing to adapt as pricing strategies and business needs change
