WHAT WE NEED:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Print Room Operator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of our print room equipment. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with a passion for print production and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment. Previous experience in a print production environment would be considered an asset but is not required. If you have a basic understanding of print room equipment and processes, this would be value added.

CORE JOB DUTIES:

• Assist in the operation of various print room equipment, including printers, copiers, and bindery equipment.
• Prepare and process print orders according to job specifications.
• Maintain inventory of print supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials by performing regular quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
