Junior Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management.

Duties:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Track project progress and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution

Skills:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
- Strong understanding of budgeting and requirements management
- Familiarity with tools like Workday, Visio, Salesforce, and PMBOK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$29.00 per hour
