Junior Property Manager

This is a respected, privately owned real estate organization with an established commercial portfolio across the GTA. The culture is collaborative, hands-on and responsive, with senior leadership closely connected to both the portfolio and the people managing it.

Rather than working within layers of a large corporate structure, you will have direct exposure to experienced decision-makers and the opportunity to understand how property management decisions are actually made. The team values initiative, accountability, and people willing to step in, figure things out, and follow through.

Your Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take an active role in the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, including tenant relationships, property inspections, operations, service contracts, work orders, lease administration, budgeting, reporting and accounting-related responsibilities.

You will be expected to identify issues, coordinate solutions and follow matters through to completion. As you demonstrate your capabilities, you will have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of properties and management responsibilities.

What Sets You Apart

You already have a solid foundation in commercial property management and are ready to step up. You may currently be an experienced Assistant Property Manager or early-career Property Manager looking for broader responsibility.

You bring initiative, sound judgment and strong follow-through. Most importantly, you want to understand the full business of managing commercial properties rather than focusing on one piece of it.

Compensation

Base salary of $70,000–$79,000 per year + eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus (which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance) + benefits + car allowance + 3 weeks' vacation.
