Job Description - Junior Restoration Labour

We do all kinds of work, every day can be different from the next.

No direct experience is necessary for this junior role

Some Job types

Water damage caused by a variety of sources, clean water breaks, sump pump failures, sewer backups

Fire and smoke damage cleaning and demolition

Hazardous material removal

Pack out and move out belongings and property

Final post-construction cleaning

Anything related to structural damage or property claims

Working Conditions

Must be available full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30

On-call rotation once every 4 weeks

Must have a clean criminal record

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour

At Mike’s Damage Control ER Inc., we provide emergency service to insurance claimants, property owners and property management companies. We assist in finding the source of damage, prevent further damage, remove damaged and affected structural material, personal property, demolition and cleaning. We are the first point of contact for many of our clients, and in many cases we represent insurance companies, property management companies and landlords.
The Company was incorporated in January 2021 in the province of Ontario, Canada.
