Starting Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour + tips

• Greet guests upon entry, escort to tables, and share and collect any pertinent information
• Support team members with service, buffet and table maintenance, and table re-setting
• Quality-check food and beverage orders for accuracy and completion and deliver to tables
• Respond to questions and requests from guests
• Ensure service stations are fully stocked with supplies throughout shift
• May perform light bartending duties

• Valid Alberta ProServe Certification
• Previous customer service experience required; previous food and beverage experience is an asset
• Common cocktail and general wine knowledge is an asset
• Customer-service oriented
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 11 pounds / 6 kg
• Physically capable of standing and walking for 8-hour shifts
• Able to remain calm and professional while working in an often fast-paced environment

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
