Join our Culinary Brigade:

Jr. Sous Chef
2+ years’ experience
Red Seal papers preferred

• Responsible for the daily execution of the Terrace menus as well as the leadership of Terrace kitchen brigade
• Maintain accountability for self and culinary brigade
• Abide by and enforce all company policies
• Order and receive ingredients, as defined by the Terrace Chef    
• Ensure all food products are put away and stored properly at the end of service including proper labeling, rotating and storage of all food ingredients in the coolers, freezers and dry storage
• Create daily specials and assist in menu writing, syllabus writing and costing of each menu

• Second language considered an asset
