Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Keyholder at La Canadienne located in Halton Hills, ON. The Keyholder will be responsible for day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, maintaining product knowledge, maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Build a loyal clientele base by consistently acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and maintaining loyal client. Achieve positive results in personal sales by focusing on relationship selling, and offering exemplary customer service. In-depth product knowledge skills and familiarity of current collections that are in-store and on-line Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Product Knowledge and Communication skills 2-3 Experience in the fashion and/or retail industry, aware of current fashion trends and competition in marketplace. Retail Sales and Customer Service skills Customer Experience skills, capable of resolving customer issues. Ability to work collaboratively with a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Strengths in operations, POS system Able to work a flexible schedule based on needs of business, includes evenings, weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, or related field is a plus Candidates can apply directly in store or email their resume.
