What you’ll be responsible for:

• Greet customers courteously while following our procedures and requirements
• Assist with unloading materials
• Sort different metals according to their characteristics
• Inspect customers’ metals
• Identify the correct type of metal for each product and validate its quality
• Weigh metals on the scale
• Enter data into the RECY software
• Operate various types of machinery (forklift)
• Prepare receiving/shipping tickets
• Ensure cleanliness of the premises
• Perform any other related tasks

To join our team:

• You have one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar position
• You have knowledge of metal recycling (a major asset)
• You have experience with forklifts (a major asset) – training provided on site
• You are bilingual (an asset)
• You demonstrate safe and professional behavior
• You are versatile and resourceful
• You work well in a team
• You have excellent priority management skills
• You provide outstanding customer service
