Labourer

Surespan Ready Mix is seeking a General Labourer with a willingness to train and learn new tasks. Class 3 license preferred but not required. Start Date: as soon as possible

What You'll Be Doing

• Working in the yard under the Yard Foreman, doing maintenance and general yard duties/clean up


• Assist drivers with returned concrete


• Assisting with plant maintenance


• Pour, finish, and help strip concrete blocks


• Training to operate a Ready Mix Truck and/or Front End Loader


• Monthly inventory counts

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

• Valid Class 3 license preferred but not required, training provided to ideal candidates.


• Labour experience preferred but not required, training provided.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where working conditions include moving equipment, inclement weather, and elevated noise level
