Labourers are essential in driving production on site and in the trench. They are expected to have demonstrated competency to a supervisor, or designated mentor, in all Core Responsibilities of a Labourer. It is an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety.

Core Responsibilities: 

·         Shoveling drilling spoils and concrete.

·         Chipping concrete.

·         Pressure washing and cleaning top of finished piles.

·         Utilize bandsaw to trim center bar

·         Complete basic math calculations and use a measuring tape

·         Working around foundation drilling equipment.

·         Maintain housekeeping, spotting equipment.

·         Working 10-12hrs per shift, when required.

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: 

Qualifications:

• Pass a pre access alcohol and drug testing


• 2 years of experience is preferred.
  


• Piling / Foundation Drilling Experience is a benefit. CFA experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Must know how to operate a pressure washer.
  


• You have knowledge on safe work procedures.
  


• You can clearly identify various types of hazards on site.
  


• You understand hand signals for spotting concrete truck, Crane singles.
  

Interpersonal Skills:

• Great attitude towards safety.
  


• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
  


• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  


• Ability to excel in a team atmosphere.
  


• Exceptional customer service.
