We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Labourer, Non-ferrous Receiver you will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work.

What you’re responsible for: 

• Receive, sort and organize different types of non-ferrous metals
• Classify the non-ferrous and establish the type of material
• Properly weigh and track the material
• Do general maintenance of the premises
• Ensure the equipment in good condition
• Data entry into the RECY system
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help with torch cutting if necessary
• Preparing shipments and receiving equipment using forklift as required
• Work with a safety oriented mindset

To join our team: 

• Must speak french
• Experience in operating a forklift
• Experience in metal recycling
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good physical fitness
• Ability to work as a team
• Excellent attendance and safety record.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:0 PM - Saturday 8:00 to noon
• 40 hours per week.
• Full-time, permanent position
