Landis Argo Supervisor

Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Branch Agro Supervisor for our Ag Centre in Landis. 

The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly motivated team. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Inventory management including ordering and carefully analyzing inventory turns

• Assisting with preparing and administrating sales, margins, expenses, and inventory

• Supervising staff

• Assisting with budget preparation and ensuring goals are being met

• Assisting with merchandising standards

• Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed 

• Providing a superior level of customer service

• Other duties as assigned
