Landscape Construction Labourer

Ed Hekert Landscaping company is looking for a Landscape Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in building and installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features that enhance our clients' properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with landscape construction projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stonework
• Perform site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling
• Install sod, plants, trees, and other landscape features
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Collaborate with crew members and foremen to complete projects on schedule

This is a seasonal, full-time role with consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment. You'll join a supportive team environment and benefit from hands-on training and opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping or construction work
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Able to perform sustained manual labor
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Available to work occasional weekends and 8–12 hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using general hand and power tools on a job site

• Competitive hourly wage of $20–$28, reflecting experience and qualifications
