Landscape Construction Technician (with Growth Opportunity)

Spring is here, and we’ve got a full season of high-quality builds lined up.

We’re looking for driven landscapers or tradespeople who want to step up, build great work, and move toward leadership. This is hands-on landscape construction: installing patios, retaining walls, decks, fences as well as softscape elements. 

If you like working hard, improving your skills, and taking on more responsibility, you’ll fit in here.

What you’ll be doing

• Building patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, and fences


• Operating equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)


• Reading plans and executing work to spec


• Working with a crew to hit production targets


• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe


• Winterwork is primarily includes snow and ice management.

Requirements

• 2+ years in landscaping (hardscape + softscape) or similar trade


• Equipment experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Physically capable of full days outdoors


• Available year-round, including snow operations
