What You’ll Do:

• Lead a crew of 4-5 awesome people to bring landscaping projects to life.
• Plan day-to-day tasks and keep operations managers in the loop.
• Spot and report any vehicle or equipment issues (we like to keep things running smoothly).
• Oversee landscape construction — from digging to designing, you’ll do a bit of everything!
• Follow building codes and local regulations (safety first!).
• Perform daily tool and equipment checks — a little maintenance goes a long way.
• Work with contractors and understand the ins and outs of the construction process.
• Use your math skills to solve problems (who knew geometry would come in handy?).
• Drive a truck and trailer like a pro.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, dig — get your hands dirty and stay active!
• Follow company policies and help keep our work environment positive and respectful.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance (bonus points for year-round experience).
• At least 1 year of experience leading a crew.
• FULL G license and clear abstract
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the confidence to make decisions.
