Position: Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Location: Cloverdale, BC

Schedule: Monday to Friday

About Us: Complete Landscape, part of North Western Property Maintenance Inc., is a leading provider of landscape maintenance services. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of service on our townhouse and condo sites. If you are highly organized, love working as part of a team, and have a passion for landscaping, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew of 3 staff members, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, and garden bed maintenance

Coordinate daily schedules and ensure all tools and materials are available and in good working order

Communicate effectively with the team and ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site

Report progress, challenges, and project updates to management

Ensure all work complies with company standards and client expectations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in landscaping or grounds maintenance

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
