Position: Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand

Start Date: Early to mid-March 2024

End Date: November 2024 (with potential winter work opportunities for exceptional performers)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various tools and equipment, including mowers (push and ride-on), line trimmers, edgers, and hand tools


• Drive trucks and trailers for efficient job execution


• Assist in training new team members


• Supervise crews and impart knowledge on landscape maintenance best practices


• Load and unload materials


• Participate in training events and safety meetings

Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for horticulture and a willingness to expand knowledge


• Proven experience in landscape maintenance


• Strong teamwork and communication skills


• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely


• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture

Compensation:

• Competitive wages based on experience ($23.50-$26 per hour)

Monday to Thursday schedule, featuring four 10-hour shifts per week.
