Landscape Maintenance Techs

You should be able to:

• Perform and train others in all garden maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, trimming, and seasonal care.
  

• Work both independently and with a team.
  

• Train and mentor junior team members with patience and clarity.
  

• Drive a pickup truck (license preferred).
  

• Bonus if you can drive a snow plow in winter—this will earn you extra points!
  

• Identify plants, pests, and diseases. The more horticulture or plant knowledge you bring, the higher your earning potential.
