Team Leader - Landscape Maintenance
Location: Surrey, BC | Salary: $60,000 + Uncapped Commission

This pivotal role manages a portfolio of strata properties while leading a talented team of 3 Foremen and 9 Landscape Technicians. With a mix of in-field oversight and office-based strategy, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow into senior operations roles like Operations Controller, Operations Manager, or even VP.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Collaborate: Be the go-to leader for your team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of high-quality maintenance work across multiple strata properties.
Upsell and Grow: Earn commission for upselling services, securing new strata contracts, and expanding our client base.
Ensure Excellence: Oversee daily operations, quality audits, and quarterly client satisfaction surveys to maintain high retention and satisfaction rates.
Strategize and Improve: Spend 50% of your time in the field, ensuring job site excellence, and the other 50% at the shop managing team training, operations, and planning.
Grow Your Portfolio: Drive retention bonuses by re-signing existing contracts and fostering strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, ideally with a background as a Foreman or equivalent.
