Landscaper

Do you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained properties? We’re looking for a Landscaper who is passionate about enhancing and maintaining both residential and commercial spaces through all seasons.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for landscaping, property enhancement, and seasonal maintenance, including snow removal in the winter. You’ll play a key part in keeping our staff and clients' properties safe, clean, and visually appealing throughout the year.

Founded in 2000, Rome Logistics Group is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company with several residential and commercial sites in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

Key Responsibilities:

Landscaping & Property Care

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces (mowing, trimming, edging, weeding).


• Care for plant beds, trees, and shrubs; assist with planting and mulching.


• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and small machinery.


• Support seasonal tasks and proper irrigation practices.

Snow Removal & Winter Safety

• Clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, and walkways.


• Operate snowplows, blowers, and spreaders to maintain safety.


• Monitor weather and respond to snow events as needed.


• Apply de-icing materials and follow all safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using landscaping and snow removal equipment.


• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.


• Physically able to lift and carry materials and tools.


• Strong attention to detail, dependable, and able to work independently.


• Valid G driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with flexible hours, especially in winter months.


• Some evening or weekend work may be required during storms or busy periods.
