We are seeking a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Law Clerk, Clean Energy located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.
*The hired candidate for this role will be required to report into the office 4 days a week*
Job Description
As a Law Clerk, Clean Energy, you will be responsible for engaging in all aspects of real estate and clean energy practice with an emphasis on the buying, selling, financing, leasing, and ongoing management of clean infrastructure assets for the Skyline Clean Energy Fund. This includes but is not limited to conducting all necessary due diligence searches, conducting and reviewing title searches, preparing title requisitions, drafting closing documents, closing transactions with the use of Teraview, coordinating minor variance and severance applications, lease administration, coordinating corporate legal document management, and assisting with offering memoranda.
