Whispering Pines Landscaping is growing, and we’re looking for a strong, motivated Crew Leader to lead a lawn maintenance team for the 2026 season. This would be a year round position, with snow removal operations in the Winter season.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for crew performance, property quality, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and train a lawn maintenance crew


• Plan and execute daily routes efficiently


• Operate commercial equipment (zero-turns, walk-behinds, trimmers, blowers)


• Maintain high quality standards on all properties


• Communicate professionally with clients


• Ensure equipment, trucks, and paperwork are organized and complete


• Identify upsell opportunities and contract issues


• Participate in winter snow operations
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years landscape maintenance experience


• Crew leadership experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of turf care and equipment operation


• Valid driver’s license (truck & trailer experience an asset)


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Physically able to lift 50 lbs


• Willing to work occasional Saturdays
