Position: Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Start Date: Mid August

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the crew lead with day-to-day site preparation and tasks


• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including zero-turn and walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers


• Perform lawn maintenance (grass cutting, trimming, leaf blowing) with attention to detail and quality


• Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season


• Interact courteously with clients and represent the company with professionalism


• Handle physical tasks, including lifting and equipment handling


• Keep tools and equipment clean, secure, and well-maintained


• Follow all safety protocols on job sites


• Provide occasional support with sales and client inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment and practices


• Willingness to participate in winter snow removal work


• A strong work ethic and attention to detail


• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Eagerness to learn and grow with the company


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
