• Overseeing the operational management of the firm and its offices


• Ensuring Partners and Fee Earners deliver services effectively and profitably


• Formulating firm-wide strategies through strategic direction


• Developing operational and financial strategies


• Generating revenue through client management


• Expanding revenue streams through new services and cost-benefit analysis


• Maintaining the stability of the firm


• Preventing and managing conflicts


• Enhancing the firm’s reputation through ethical and professional conduct


• Developing human resource strategies by determining firm structure
